I haven't read Made in the U.S.A., but every time I see it in the book store, I think how pretty the cover is. I'd love to read Shoot the Moon (which has an equally pretty cover, I might add).

The cover reminds me of my childhood! My neighbor had a tire swing that went over a street when we swung in it! We would literally go over cars!

Billie Letts writes with great passion. She involves/draws you into her stories. Everyone should want to own a copy of this well written and provacative book.
I have only read Where the Heart Is by her and it was such a good book I couldn't put it down! Then I had to see the movie!
